Being a farm means cultivating and offering our guests and visitors the products of our committed daily wrk in the fields.
Our olive groves and the resulting extra virgin olive oil we produce – with local olive varieties such as the Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo –, our vineyard and our vegetable garden, with the large orchard next to it, are the foundation from which the Locanda’s menus and dishes are inspired.

But they are also the answer to a philosophy of life, of hospitality, of taste. A philosophy that speaks of peace, of sustainability, “0-km” products, of seasonality and most importantly, a
philosophy have we have made our own.
